The official rules of engagement for all competitors, teams, and organizers utilizing the ClutchArena platform.
1. Platform Usage & Eligibility
By registering an account on ClutchArena, you agree to abide by these terms. Our platform is dedicated strictly to managing esports tournaments, live leaderboards, and competitive brackets. Users must provide accurate profile details when creating a team or registering as an individual player.
Accounts found to be using automated scripts to artificially manipulate match rankings, team stats, or leaderboard results will face immediate suspension. We prioritize a fair and competitive environment for all players.
2. Tournament Rules & Brackets
Every tournament hosted on ClutchArena follows a strict competitive structure. Once a tournament bracket is generated, team placements are final. If a team fails to check in before the designated match start time, they forfeit the match.
- Match Reporting: Captains must submit final scores within 15 minutes of match completion.
- Disputes: Any match disputes must include valid screenshot or video evidence submitted directly to tournament administration.
- Code of Conduct: Toxicity, harassment, or unsportsmanlike behavior toward opponents or staff will result in disqualification.
3. Strict Zero-Betting Policy
ClutchArena is a skill-based competition platform. Absolutely no real money betting, wagering, or gambling is permitted on or through our platform. We do not facilitate, endorse, or integrate with any services that allow users to place bets on match outcomes, player statistics, or tournament results. Violation of this rule will lead to an immediate permanent ban and removal of the offending team from all leaderboards.
4. Intellectual Property
All visual interfaces, bracket designs, platform code, and platform branding are the exclusive property of ClutchArena. Users retain ownership of their team logos and individual content uploaded to their profiles, but grant ClutchArena a license to display them within live streams, match pages, and official leaderboards.
